About the Role
We are seeking highly experienced professionals to join as Senior Consultants (EOT Analysis & DAB Proceedings) for the prestigious Mumbai–Ahmedabad High Speed Rail Project.
This role provides an opportunity to lead complex claims, dispute resolution processes, and EOT assessments for one of India’s most significant infrastructure initiatives. You will work closely with clients, contractors, legal teams, and junior consultants to ensure accurate claims analysis, dispute resolution, and mitigation strategies.
Key Qualifications
B.E / B.Tech in Civil, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
Minimum 20 years of experience in infrastructure / EPC projects with hands-on expertise in claims management, scheduling, and dispute resolution
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present comprehensive DAB submissions and presentations on behalf of clients
Provide inputs for Statements of Claim (SoC) and Statements of Defence (SoD) in line with legal requirements
Review and comment on SoC and SoD submissions by contractors to ensure technical and contractual soundness
Direct and oversee preparation and review of EOT analysis using methodologies such as:
Impacted As-Planned
As-Planned vs As-Built
Window Analysis
Time Impact Analysis (TIA)
Critical Path Method (CPM)
Assess contractor delays, determine entitlement, and provide expert advice on delay impact and mitigation strategies
Guide junior and assistant consultants in claims preparation, documentation, and compliance with procedures
Collaborate with legal and commercial teams to build strong claims strategies and minimize client risk exposure
Ensure contractual compliance and documentation of delay events
Track project progress, delays, and contractor performance to identify potential disputes proactively
