As an Assistant Consultant, you will support EOT (Extension of Time) analysis, delay assessments, and DAB (Dispute Adjudication Board) proceedings. You will work closely with senior consultants, contractors, and legal teams to ensure smooth project execution and dispute resolution.
Key Qualifications
B.E / B.Tech in Civil, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure or EPC projects
Key Responsibilities
Review delay analysis reports prepared by the Engineer and Contractor
Assist in preparation and review of EOT analysis using recognized methodologies:
Impacted As-Planned
As-Planned vs As-Built
Window Analysis
Time Impact Analysis (TIA)
Critical Path Method (CPM)
Float / Concurrency Assessment
Assess the impact of delays across various project packages and recommend mitigation measures
Advise client teams on disputes related to EOT, delay claims, and DAB proceedings
Support in the review of Statements of Claim (SoC) and Statements of Defence (SoD)
Ensure compliance with contractual timelines and documentation related to delay events
Liaise with senior consultants, contractors, and legal teams on dispute resolution strategies
