Location: Ahmedabad (with multi-city exposure) Reporting To: Founder & CEO Experience: 10–15+ years in HR leadership roles Salary: 80 K to 1 Lac Per Month (Based on experience)
Role Objective
To build, scale, and lead the HR function at Qarmatek & Mobex by owning talent, culture, performance management, and compliance while ensuring the company attracts, retains, and develops high-quality teams during rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Culture
Act as a culture carrier for the company’s values and lead the change during rapid scaling.
Partner with leadership to strategize people initiatives and align with company goals.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Own the hiring strategy across all departments.
Build scalable hiring processes and employer branding for a sustainability-led company.
Performance Management
Implement KRA/KPI frameworks and performance reviews.
Drive a performance-driven culture and early identification of top talent and underperformers.
Learning & Leadership Development
Develop structured training programs for store staff, engineers, sales teams, and first-time managers.
Focus on internal leadership development and succession planning.
HR Operations & Compliance
Own HR policies, employee lifecycle processes, and statutory compliance.
Manage payroll, attendance, benefits, and handle employee relations matters.
Employee Engagement & Retention
Design and implement employee engagement programs.
Focus on reducing attrition in high-pressure roles.
HR Systems & Digitization
Implement HRMS, optimize payroll systems, and use data for decision-making.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
10–15+ years in HR leadership roles.
Experience in retail, manufacturing, or multi-location operations.
