Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller to oversee all financial operations and lead financial planning, analysis, and decision support. This role will work closely with the leadership team, driving business strategy through financial insights and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis
Oversee financial planning and analysis, creating budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
Support strategic decision-making by providing timely and accurate financial data.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure timely closing of books and accurate financial reporting.
Manage all tax-related activities and statutory compliance.
Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
Monitor and optimize cash flows and working capital management.
Forecasting & Budgeting
Prepare accurate forecasts and annual budgets.
Provide variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Audit & Compliance
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax laws, and regulations.
Coordinate audits and manage compliance-related activities.
Strategic Decision Support
Provide financial insights and recommendations to guide strategic business decisions.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
8–12 years in finance leadership roles.
Strong experience in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting.
Proven knowledge of Indian taxation and regulatory environment.
