Title: Head / Senior Manager – Business Development (Repairs & Refurbishment)
Location: Pan-India | B2B | OEMs | Marketplaces | Enterprises Base Location: Bangalore or Delhi NCR (Pan-India travel required – 40–60%) Reporting To: Founder & CEO / Business Head – Repairs & Refurbishment Experience: 10–15+ years in B2B Business Development / Key Account Management Salary: Competitive CTC (Based on experience)
Role Objective
To lead, scale, and manage the business development engine for Qarmatek’s Repairs & Refurbishment services, driving long-term, high-margin B2B contracts with OEMs, marketplaces, telecom players, enterprises, and large retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Leadership
Drive strategic B2B sales for repairs and refurbishment services across multiple sectors (OEMs, marketplaces, telecom, and large retailers).
Actively meet CXOs, category heads, and supply chain leaders, building relationships and securing partnerships.
Own strategic accounts and major logos.
New Business Development
Lead efforts to generate B2B contracts with OEMs, telecom companies, and large retailers.
Convert pilot projects into long-term, repeatable contracts.
Solution Selling
Sell a comprehensive suite of services including Repair as a Service (RaaS), refurbishment, and lifecycle extension.
Position Qarmatek as a strategic partner in the circular economy.
Strategic Partnerships
Build deep, long-lasting relationships with enterprise clients.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services.
Commercials and Deal Closure
Own pricing strategy, margin structures, and deal negotiation.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth contract closure.
Market Intelligence
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and service models.
Provide strategic insights for capacity expansion and service innovations.
Execution & Internal Coordination
Ensure successful client onboarding, working closely with operations teams to meet timelines and quality standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
10–15+ years in business development, with a focus on Repairs & Refurbishment.
