Job Title: Partnership Manager

About the Role

The Partnership Manager will lead alliance building across startup ecosystems, VCs, govt bodies, incubators & accelerators. This position drives ecosystem partnerships across international markets and supports cross-border innovation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead global partnership pipeline
Develop collaborations with VC funds, accelerators & govt bodies
Manage cross-regional stakeholder engagement
Lead partnership negotiation & value proposition creation
Support startup growth through ecosystem activation
Engage C-suite leaders and government ecosystems

Candidate Requirements

Degree in business or related field (Master’s preferred)
3+ years experience in partnerships/business development
Experience in startup/VC/innovation ecosystem preferred
Global ecosystem awareness (UAE/Middle East advantage)
Strong communication & stakeholder relationships

Compensation

₹9,00,000 – ₹15,00,000 CTC + Incentives
