Job Title: Venture Strategy Associate

About the Role

The Venture Strategy Associate will support client onboarding, ecosystem partnerships, startup strategy creation, and client advisory. This role demands strong exposure to the startup ecosystem and the ability to support founders with strategy, planning, pitch development, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Identify & onboard startup clients
Develop business growth strategies for founders
Maintain ongoing client relationships & communication
Support investor pitches & business plan creation
Analyse industry trends, funding patterns & competition
Coordinate with internal teams for client delivery
Prepare reports, and presentations for clients

Candidate Requirements

BBA/MBA/B.Com/BA/BBE degree
2+ years experience in client management or business development
Deep understanding of startups, funding cycles & market challenges
Strong communication & presentation skills
Experience working in fast-moving environments

Compensation

₹12,00,000 CTC + Incentives
