Job Title: Brand Manager

About the Role

The Brand Manager will own strategy, positioning, and execution for the organisation’s brand growth. The role involves campaign management, GTM strategy, market insight research, and multi-channel brand execution. The manager will collaborate with product, creative, and revenue teams to strengthen brand equity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead brand strategy development and implementation
  • Design integrated offline + digital marketing campaigns
  • Manage brand positioning, messaging & storytelling
  • Conduct market/consumer insights and segmentation studies
  • Analyse brand performance, KPIs & ROI metrics
  • Lead agency/vendor management & budget planning
  • Ensure alignment across brand, creative & business units

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business or related field
  • 4+ years experience in brand marketing roles
  • Strong analytical understanding & ROI-driven approach
  • Hands-on experience in social, digital & offline branding
  • Experience with GA4/analytics platforms preferred
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement
