Job Description

Role: Trainee – Production/Operator

Industry: Electrical & Electronics Manufacturing

Work Location: Hosur, Tamil Nadu

Age Criteria: 18 – 35 Years

Job Overview

Tata Electronics Private Limited is hiring female trainees for shop-floor operational roles at its Hosur plant. The selected candidates will be involved in electronic component manufacturing activities such as assembly, machine operation, inspection, and production support tasks.

This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and semi-skilled candidates wishing to build a career in a reputed global manufacturing organization.

Eligibility Criteria

Education (Any one required):

PUC / 12th / +2 Pass
ITI (All Trades Eligible)
Diploma (All Streams Eligible)
Any Undergraduate Degree (except BE / B.Tech)

Salary Structure

CTC: ₹19,131/- per month
Take Home Salary: ₹14,280/- per month (after deductions)
Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000/- per month

Shifts & Working Hours

Shift A: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Shift B: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Shift C: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM
Working Hours: 8 Hours + OT (as applicable)
