Job Overview
Brainware University is seeking a senior, student-focused professional to lead its Training & Employability Skills Division. This role is central to shaping the career readiness, confidence, and professional capability of students across disciplines.
Employability at Brainware is treated as a structured, continuous process rather than a final-semester activity. The position requires close coordination with academic departments to plan training calendars, guest lectures, and industry-led sessions.
Managing and strengthening internship programs in collaboration with faculty and corporate partners is a key responsibility.
The role also involves building and sustaining relationships with recruiters, corporates, and external training partners to enhance placement and employability outcomes.
The Head will track student progress, assess training impact, and provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
Maintaining structured records and reports related to training modules, placement statistics, and skill-development outcomes is essential, with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making.
The role additionally requires effective use of AI tools for training design, mock interviews, communication enhancement, aptitude practice, resume optimization, student assessment, and outcome tracking.
Educational Qualifications
Master’s degree in any discipline is preferred
Strong academic and professional background in training or employability development
Experience Requirements
10–15 years of relevant experience in pre-placement training, employability enhancement, corporate training, L&D, or placement-related roles

Leadership and team management skills involving trainers, faculty collaborators, and external partners
Capability to design structured curricula covering soft skills, aptitude, technical readiness, and career development

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder coordination abilities
Ability to assess outcomes, analyze data, and report training effectiveness
