The role requires close collaboration with Deans, Heads of Departments, faculty members, and administrative teams to collect, validate, and analyze institutional data.
Developing evidence-based documentation, dashboards, and performance tracking systems is a key expectation. Beyond documentation, the Associate Director is expected to actively contribute to building a culture of continuous quality improvement across academic and administrative units.
