Clans Machina is a fast-growing clean-tech company and an official Tata Power Solar Channel Partner, driving the “Electricity-Bill-Free Nation” mission. We focus on rooftop solar, EV charging, and sustainable energy solutions across Odisha.
Position Overview
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online brand presence, performance marketing, and lead-generation campaigns. You’ll plan, execute, and optimize 360° digital campaigns that convert awareness into qualified leads for both residential and C&I solar segments.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Manage SEO/SEM, website analytics, and CRM integration for lead tracking.
Create engaging ad copies, videos, and landing pages with the design team.
Coordinate with sales to drive performance-based lead generation.
Monitor ROI, CPL, and conversion metrics to optimize marketing spends.
Manage social media calendar and brand reputation across platforms.
Requirements
MBA/PGDM in Marketing or equivalent.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing (solar/renewable preferred).
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, and CRM.
Strong analytical mindset and creative storytelling ability.
