Job Summary & Urgency
We are seeking an experienced and analytical Performance Marketing Manager to immediately join our team. This role is central to driving profitable growth for our clients by strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of handling diverse accounts and delivering a positive Return on Investment (ROI) on all client budgets.
We are prioritizing candidates with a short notice period (15 days or less) or immediate availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage high-performing paid campaigns from end-to-end across required platforms.
- Diverse Account Handling: Demonstrated expertise in managing campaigns for:
- D2C Accounts (driving profitable e-commerce sales).
- B2B Lead Generation Accounts (delivering high-quality leads).
- Budget Oversight: Responsibility for achieving a positive ROI on client ad spend, ensuring optimization is geared towards measurable business results.
- Platform Expertise: Comfortable working and demonstrating advanced knowledge across:
- Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping)
- LinkedIn Ads
- Reporting & Analysis: Utilize strong analytical skills to monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Market Awareness: Proactively stay up-to-date with the latest platform updates, algorithm changes, and digital advertising best practices across all major ad platforms.
- Third-Party Platforms (Bonus): Knowledge or experience with third-party retail media platforms such as Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads is a significant advantage.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience working in a Digital Marketing or Creative Agency environment.
- Budget Managed: Must have successfully managed a cumulative total of at least
₹20,00,000/- (Twenty Lakhs INR) in paid ad budgets to date.
- Skills: Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
- Language: Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and client updates.
- Equipment: Must own and utilize their personal laptop for work.
Work Structure and Benefits
- Work Model: Work From Office (WFO).
- Daily Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
- Standard Work Week: 5 Days (Typically Monday to Friday).
- Saturday Schedule:
- 1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturday: Work From Home (WFH).
- 2nd and 4th Saturday: Leave (Paid Off).
- Paid Leave (PL) Policy: 1.5 Paid Leaves allowed per month. Unused leaves can be carried forward.
