Job Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate Position Overview The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, leading a sales team, and achieving revenue targets for real estate projects; the role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the market, and the ability to close high-value deals Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Growth
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Conduct site visits, explain project features, and convert leads into bookings.
Handle client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
Lead Management
Manage incoming leads from marketing teams, portals, referrals, and channel partners.
Track follow-ups using CRM tools and ensure high conversion rates.
Team Leadership
Train, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve their KPIs.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
Conduct daily sales meetings and weekly review sessions.
Client Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business.
Address customer queries, concerns, and provide documentation support (booking forms, payments, agreements).
Market Research & Strategy
Study competitor projects, pricing, and offers to build effective sales strategies.
Coordinate with the marketing team to run promotional activities and campaigns.
Channel Partner Management (if applicable)
Build and maintain a strong network of brokers and channel partners.
Conduct partner meetings, training sessions, and ensure engagement for lead generation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / MBA preferred.
3–7 years of real estate sales experience (residential/commercial).
