Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a General Manager - Sales Operations, based in Delhi with flexibility for occasional remote work.
The General Manager will oversee sales operations, drive customer satisfaction, and manage end-to-end processes for optimal productivity.
Key responsibilities include coordinating sales strategies, monitoring team performance, handling customer service inquiries, and ensuring seamless operations.
The individual will play a pivotal role in meeting business objectives and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Education:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Proficiency in Sales and Sales Operations
Strong knowledge of the real estate sector and luxury markets with an overall experience of minimum 3 years is mandatory
Expertise in Operations Management and Customer Satisfaction
Experience in handling Customer Service inquiries and solutions
Ability to lead teams and align strategies with organizational goals
Analytical and decision-making skills to improve operational efficiency
