Role Overview

We are looking for a Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring and support our growth across India and the USA. You will source, screen, schedule, and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure smooth and timely closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles
• Write and publish clear, engaging job descriptions
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
• Conduct screenings and assess fit
• Coordinate interviews and track hiring progress
• Maintain recruitment reports and ensure a great candidate experience

What You Need

• 1–3+ years of recruiting experience (service or financial services preferred)
• Strong communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi
• Ability to manage multiple positions
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools
• Flexible, proactive, and detail-oriented approach

Work Schedule

• Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Days: Monday to Saturday (alternate Saturdays off)
