Job Title: Sr. officer CSR / Business Development

Experience Required: 4–8 Years

Location: (Mandi gaon-South Delhi)

Salary: Upto 3.5 LPA ( Plus performance incentive) (Target Based)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced CSR / Business Development professional to lead corporate partnerships, donor engagement, and fundraising initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong corporate networking skills, experience in CSR collaboration, and a passion for social development. This role involves creating strategic partnerships with corporates, foundations, and institutions to support the organization’s programs and long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Corporate Partnerships & CSR Development
    • Identify, approach, and build relationships with corporates for CSR collaborations.
    • Develop proposals aligned with CSR guidelines of companies.
    • Present the organization’s causes, projects, and impact to CSR heads, leaders, and decision makers.
    • Ensure timely submission of project reports, MoUs, and documentation for CSR compliance.
    • Manage end-to-end CSR project execution in coordination with internal teams.
  • Business Development & Fundraising
    • Generate new business opportunities through corporate meetings, networking events, and outreach.
    • Achieve monthly/quarterly fundraising targets.
    • Maintain a strong pipeline of corporate leads and track progress.
    • Develop creative fundraising concepts, campaigns, and pitches.
    • Build long-term partnerships to support sustainable funding.
  • Relationship Management
    • Maintain strong relationships with existing donors, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Provide regular updates, project reports, case studies, and impact stories.
    • Ensure high satisfaction and retention of corporate partners.
  • Strategy & Planning
    • Contribute to the organization’s overall fundraising strategy.
    • Conduct research on CSR trends, donor behaviour, and partnership opportunities.
    • Identify new sectors, industries, and companies for potential collaboration.
  • Operations & Coordination
    • Coordinate with program teams, finance, communication, and leadership for project execution.
    • Prepare presentations, proposals, and progress reports.
    • Maintain accurate records of meetings, commitments, and deliverables using CRM tools.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • 4–8 years of experience in CSR partnerships, fundraising, business development, or corporate relations.
    • Prior experience in an NGO or CSR domain is highly preferred.
    • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
    • Strong networking abilities and corporate relationship management.
    • Proposal writing, PPT preparation, and reporting expertise.
    • Target-driven, result-oriented, and self-motivated.
    • Strong negotiation skills and presentation abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, Excel, and communication tools.
