Role Overview
As Sales Head, you will be responsible for driving regional sales targets, building a strong customer pipeline, leading the local sales team, and developing strategic relationships with mid-market & enterprise clients. You will play a key role in expanding Jaxl’s presence and accelerating revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and achieve regional sales targets for Delhi/Bangalore
- Build, manage, and grow the regional sales pipeline
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team
- Identify new business opportunities in enterprise, SMB, and high-value customer segments
- Develop and execute market-specific sales strategies
- Conduct discovery calls, demos, and client meetings to close deals
- Build relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to improve GTM (go-to-market) execution
- Track sales metrics, forecast revenue, and report performance regularly
- Represent Jaxl at events, tech meetups, and customer forums
- Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion opportunities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS/tech background preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise clients
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to build rapport with CXOs, founders, and tech decision-makers
- Experience managing regional teams and field sales
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, CRM tools, and forecasting
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, telecom, communication platforms, or IT products
- Existing network in Delhi NCR or Bangalore business ecosystem
- Understanding of customer communication workflows or enterprise telephony
