Title: International Business Executive / Manager (Real Estate Sales)
Package : 5-6 LPA
Experience: 5 to 15 Years
Role Overview
Responsible for driving international sales growth by identifying global buyer markets, managing overseas client relationships, promoting real estate projects internationally, and ensuring smooth coordination of cross-border sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
Identify international markets and generate leads for real estate sales.
Promote residential and commercial projects to NRI and overseas clients.
Build strong relationships with global brokers, channel partners, and investors.
Conduct virtual/onsite presentations of real estate projects to international clients.
Coordinate with sales, legal, finance, and CRM teams for booking, documentation, and payments.
Manage end-to-end international sales cycles and ensure timely closing.
Participate in international property expos, webinars, and promotional campaigns.
Track global real estate trends and provide insights for strategy development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or International Business.
Experience in international sales, NRI sales, or real estate business development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of real estate products, pricing, and overseas client handling.
Understanding of global markets, cultural differences, and international buyer expectations.
