Job Summary:

The HVAC Design Head will be responsible for leading the design, planning, and execution of HVAC systems for various projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, energy efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. The role requires expertise in mechanical systems, air conditioning, ventilation, and HVAC coordination.

Key Responsibilities:1. HVAC System Design & Engineering

• Develop HVAC system concepts, designs, and specifications for commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
• Attend meeting with clients.
• Perform heat load calculations, airflow distribution, duct design, and equipment selection.
• Integrate energy-efficient solutions into HVAC design.
• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), technical drawings, and specifications.
• Steering Successful rollout of projects / Sites.
• Team Management.
• Expertise in all sorts of HVAC in Commercial & Industrial.
• Principle of all HVAC.
• Pipe and duct design
• Design check, coordinating, Heat load analysis, Ventilation disciplines and making shop drawing. Calculation, equipment selection.
• Strong communication,
• TDS Approval of materials Interpersonal & Negotiation skills.
• Shop Drawing Preparing and Approval
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other MEP consultants for seamless integration.
• Review and approve HVAC system layouts, ducting, piping, and equipment placement.
• Conduct site visits for quality checks, troubleshooting, and system commissioning.
• Provide guidance on cost estimation and feasibility studies for HVAC solutions.
• Lead and mentor junior HVAC engineers and design teams.
• Manage client expectations and provide technical guidance in project discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: B.E. (Mechanical) / ME. (Mechanical) / Diploma in Mechanical – Preferred
• Experience: Minimum 20+ years in HVAC design, HVAC projects, or consulting
