Role Overview:
We’re seeking a dynamic, driven professional to join our growing team in a Business Development Executive role. This individual will play a key part in expanding our market presence, nurturing client relationships, and closing high-value projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, site visits, and digital platforms.
Approach and engage decision-makers in homes, schools, corporates, hospitality, and healthcare sectors.
Build a pipeline of prospects and track them through the entire sales cycle.
Client Meetings & Site Inspections
Conduct site inspections to assess indoor air quality requirements and installation feasibility.
Document technical details, space layouts, and client expectations accurately.
Provide on-site recommendations and address client queries related to system performance and placement.
Proposal & Commercial Management
Prepare tailored proposals and commercial offers based on site assessments and client requirements.
Collaborate with internal technical and design teams to create accurate solutions and costing.
Manage negotiation and closure of deals while maintaining profitability.
Relationship Building & Client Servicing
Maintain regular contact with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service quality.
Develop long-term relationships with key accounts, architects, consultants, and facility managers.
Act as the client’s primary point of contact through the sales, installation, and after-sales process.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
Share insights with leadership to refine business strategies and product positioning.
Maintain accurate records of meetings, leads, proposals, and closures in the CRM system.
Support Brand & Awareness Initiatives
Represent the brand at trade shows, industry forums, client events, and awareness campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support digital and offline lead generation efforts.
