Role Overview:

We’re seeking a dynamic, driven professional to join our growing team in a Business Development Executive role. This individual will play a key part in expanding our market presence, nurturing client relationships, and closing high-value projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Business Development
     
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, site visits, and digital platforms.
    • Approach and engage decision-makers in homes, schools, corporates, hospitality, and healthcare sectors.
    • Build a pipeline of prospects and track them through the entire sales cycle.
       
  • Client Meetings & Site Inspections
     
    • Conduct site inspections to assess indoor air quality requirements and installation feasibility.
    • Document technical details, space layouts, and client expectations accurately.
    • Provide on-site recommendations and address client queries related to system performance and placement.
       
  • Proposal & Commercial Management
     
    • Prepare tailored proposals and commercial offers based on site assessments and client requirements.
    • Collaborate with internal technical and design teams to create accurate solutions and costing.
    • Manage negotiation and closure of deals while maintaining profitability.
       
  • Relationship Building & Client Servicing
     
    • Maintain regular contact with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service quality.
    • Develop long-term relationships with key accounts, architects, consultants, and facility managers.
    • Act as the client’s primary point of contact through the sales, installation, and after-sales process.
       
  • Market Intelligence & Reporting
     
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
    • Share insights with leadership to refine business strategies and product positioning.
    • Maintain accurate records of meetings, leads, proposals, and closures in the CRM system.
       
  • Support Brand & Awareness Initiatives
     
    • Represent the brand at trade shows, industry forums, client events, and awareness campaigns.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to support digital and offline lead generation efforts.
