We’re expanding our team and looking for a Social Media Manager (Paid Ads Specialist) who can manage end-to-end social media marketing and lead our paid campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.
Role Overview:
As a Social Media Manager at 1Solutions, you’ll take charge of our clients’ online presence, craft engaging campaigns, and manage performance marketing initiatives that deliver real business results. This role requires a blend of creative thinking, analytical skills, and deep knowledge of paid advertising strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute impactful social media strategies across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Plan, run, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads to drive engagement, traffic, and conversions.
Manage campaign budgets and continuously monitor ROI, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
Collaborate with the content and design teams to create visually appealing and high-performing ad creatives.
Analyze campaign data, prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, and make data-backed recommendations.
Keep track of emerging social trends, platform updates, and advertising innovations.
Engage with the online community and maintain consistent, on-brand communication.
Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for audience growth and engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
3–6 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.
Strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, remarketing, and conversion tracking.
Experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Canva.
Proven ability to optimize campaigns for lead generation, traffic, and sales conversions.
Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset with an eye for performance driven storytelling.
Experience working in a digital marketing agency preferred.
Strong communication skills
Prior experience in client handling [Offshore]
Good to Have:
Experience with YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or performance marketing tools.
Knowledge of GA4, GTM, and landing page optimization.
Familiarity with SEO and funnel marketing concepts.
