We’re expanding our team and looking for a Social Media Manager (Paid Ads Specialist) who can manage end-to-end social media marketing and lead our paid campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.

Role Overview:

As a Social Media Manager at 1Solutions, you’ll take charge of our clients’ online presence, craft engaging campaigns, and manage performance marketing initiatives that deliver real business results. This role requires a blend of creative thinking, analytical skills, and deep knowledge of paid advertising strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute impactful social media strategies across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Plan, run, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads to drive engagement, traffic, and conversions.
  • Manage campaign budgets and continuously monitor ROI, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to create visually appealing and high-performing ad creatives.
  • Analyze campaign data, prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, and make data-backed recommendations.
  • Keep track of emerging social trends, platform updates, and advertising innovations.
  • Engage with the online community and maintain consistent, on-brand communication.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for audience growth and engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, remarketing, and conversion tracking.
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Canva.
  • Proven ability to optimize campaigns for lead generation, traffic, and sales conversions.
  • Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset with an eye for performance driven storytelling.
  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency preferred.

  • Prior experience in client handling [Offshore]

Good to Have:

  • Experience with YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or performance marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of GA4, GTM, and landing page optimization.
  • Familiarity with SEO and funnel marketing concepts.
