About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive Planning & Project Coordinator to join our execution team. The candidate will play a key role in planning, monitoring, and coordinating all project activities — from design release and fabrication to site dispatch and installation — ensuring on-time delivery and quality execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, monitor, and update project schedules, timelines, and progress trackers
Coordinate between design, procurement, fabrication, and site teams
Track material readiness, dispatches, and site requirements
Prepare daily / weekly MIS reports for management review
Maintain project documentation for client approvals, QA/QC, and billing
Identify bottlenecks and ensure timely corrective actions
Understand client requirements and provide practical solutions in coordination with design and production teams
Prepare basic cost estimates and project quantities to support client discussions and proposals
Requirements:
Diploma / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
3–8 years of experience in formwork or scaffolding projects
Strong command over MS Excel, MS Project / Primavera, and AutoCAD
Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills
Ability to handle multiple projects and tight timelines
