Job Title: Documentation Executive
Salary - 45K
Experience: 3 years minimum
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Documentation Executive (Import, export and merchant trade ) located in New Delhi.
The Documentation Executive will be responsible for preparing and managing export, import and merchant trade documentation, ensuring compliance with international regulations, and maintaining accurate records. Duties also include coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth documentation workflows, managing document storage, and providing support for communication with clients and authorities regarding documentation requirements.
Qualifications
Expertise in Export Documentation and general Documentation processes
Strong Communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and authorities
Experience in Document Management and maintaining accurate records
Familiarity with the export process and international regulations
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in using documentation software and tools
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
SHOULD HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF WORKING ON EXCEL AND MS WORD
