Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team in Tiruppur (Tamil Nadu). This is a revenue-generating, on-ground individual sales role focused on building relationships with manufacturers and B2B businesses in the Apparel category.
You will be responsible for driving sales of Magic AI subscriptions by identifying prospects, conducting product demonstrations, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads of apparel manufacturers & B2B businesses in Tiruppur (Tamil Nadu)
Connect with prospects, schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings
Deliver engaging demonstrations of Magic AI and related products
Pitch and sell subscription plans, ensuring monthly revenue targets are met
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business
Continuously explore new opportunities to expand market presence
Qualifications
Business Development in B2B experience is a must
Candidate should be a Tiruppur Local or at least working in Tiruppur for last 2 years
Previous revenue generation experience is a must
Should have worked in monthly sales target based role
This is a 100% on field job, at least 3 years of field sales experience is required
100% Proficiency in Tamil and English, Hindi proficiency optional
Lead Generation and Market Research skills
Strong Analytical Skills
Excellent Communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the tech or marketing industry is a plus
Business Development (B2B) experience is a must
Previous revenue generation experience is a must
Salary: Salary upto 6 LPA (Depends on last drawn salary)
