Role: Domain Consultant (Banking & Finance and/or Telecom domain)

Budget: INR 35 LPA

Location: Bangalore

Work Model: WFO (Ready for business travel as & when needed)

Work & Relevant Experience: 9 – 12 Yrs (No More than 12 Yrs.)

We are looking for a dynamic & expert domain consultant in Banking & Finance / Telecom domain who can do consulting driven business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage expertise in domain business lifecycle to create application/product road map/solutions for client at C-suite level
• Partner with senior stakeholders/CXOs to understand their business challenges and propose innovative solutions.
• Expertise in current & future trends of the industry and guide clients on adoption of those trends/features
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and product teams to define value-driven solutions for clients.
• Lead customer workshops, PoCs, demos, and solution presentations to articulate ROI and business impact.
• Craft high-quality proposals, pitch decks, business cases, and solution blueprints.
• Mentor and guide the presales team to enhance capability and solution quality.
• Stay ahead of market trends in technologies like Cloud, Data, AI/ML, RPA, and emerging technologies to build future-ready offerings.

Required Skills & Experience

• 9 - 12 years of exceptional domain expertise & business lifecycle of the industry
• Deep understanding of business lifecycle in one or more domains: Banking, Fintech, or Telecom.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills at CxO level.
• Expertise in Solution Consulting / Technology Advisory to CxO level.
• Proven track record in solutioning complex deals and enabling business growth.
• Ability to translate business requirements into compelling technology solutions.
• Exposure working with Big 4 Consulting firms / Top consulting firms. 

Good to Have

• Exposure to crafting solutions in AI/ML, Cloud, RPA, Data Engineering, or Digital Transformation.
