Position Overview
Ultramet Welds, a leading provider of Flux Cored Wires and other welding wires, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead its sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and managing client relationships to achieve organizational goals. This role requires a deep understanding of the welding industry, strong leadership skills, and a strategic mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase market share.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Analysis: Research industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Technical Support: Provide technical guidance on welding products and solutions to clients, ensuring their specific needs are met.
Product Promotion: Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and presentations to showcase the benefits of Ultramet Welds’ offerings.
Sales Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data, and set quotas
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and technical teams to align strategies and address customer requirements effectively.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Welding Technology, or a related field is preferred.
5–10 years of experience in sales or technical support within the welding or industrial equipment sector.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel extensively ( upto 75%) for client visits and trade shows. Skills
