Position: ServiceNow Developer Experience: 6–8 years Location: Remote (Work from Home) Budget: ₹10–15 LPA
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and Common Service Data Model (CSDM) modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to support business needs, enhance processes, and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications with a focus on SPM and CSDM.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions while adhering to ServiceNow best practices.
Implement and customize workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
Ensure alignment of ServiceNow solutions with CSDM framework for effective data modeling.
Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and architects to deliver scalable solutions.
Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide resolutions.
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and leverage new features where applicable.
Required Skills & Experience
6–8 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
Strong expertise in SPM (formerly ITBM) and CSDM modules.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, etc.).
Knowledge of ITIL processes and enterprise service management concepts.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
