We are hiring for Digital Marketing Specialist (Meta Ads, Google Ads & SEO)
Location: Hyderabad (On-site / Hybrid)
Experience: 3–5 Years (Mandatory: Experience in a digital marketing agency)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month + Incentives
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO for multiple client accounts. The ideal candidate must have worked in a digital marketing agency handling lead generation, SEO optimization, and campaign reporting for various industries like real estate, clinics, and local businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube)
Manage on-page, off-page, and local SEO strategies
Optimize Google My Business listings for local rankings
Track and report campaign performance, CPL, and ROAS
Work with internal teams for ad creatives, landing pages, and lead funnels
Handle multiple clients and prioritize performance-based delivery
Required Skills
3–5 years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing agency
Strong knowledge of:
Meta Ads Manager (lead generation, targeting, retargeting)
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
SEO: Keyword research, link building, technical and content optimization
Experience managing ad budgets of ₹25K – ₹1L+ per client/month
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, GMB, SEMrush or Ahrefs
Good to Have
Experience in real estate, healthcare, or retail marketing
Knowledge of landing page tools like Leadpages or Wix
Familiarity with WhatsApp automation tools or CRMs (GoHighLevel, LeadSquared)
Ideal Candidate
Comes from a results-driven agency background
Handles multiple client accounts independently
Fluent in English (Telugu/Hindi is a plus)
Comfortable with deadlines, reporting, and collaboration
