Compensation- 30k-50k/pm with lucrative incentive structures

Are you passionate about the markets and skilled at building lasting client relationships? We’re looking for a dynamic Broking Relationship Manager to spearhead client acquisition, nurture long-term partnerships, and drive trading activities across equity and derivatives.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for growing and managing a robust client base, providing personalized investment solutions, and contributing to business expansion through a blend of sales, advisory, and proactive portfolio management.
What You’ll Do
Acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach strategies
Strengthen and expand existing client relationships by delivering top-quality broking services
Offer tailored investment advisory in equities and derivatives aligned with client goals
Execute client trades with precision and efficiency across market segments
Drive revenue by meeting sales targets and cross-selling/up-selling financial products
Monitor client portfolios, identify new opportunities, and manage risks effectively
Stay ahead of market movements, research insights, and regulatory updates to guide clients
What You Need
Strong knowledge of equity and derivative markets
Proven success in client acquisition and retention within broking/financial services
Valid NISM certifications (Equity & Derivatives)
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Basic Eligibility Filters
