Role Description
The Team Coach plays a key role in leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of fundraisers who engage with the public in streets, malls, RWAs, and other outreach locations. You will drive performance through hands-on leadership, contribute to building awareness about CBM’s mission, secure one-time and recurring donations, monitor field operations, and update reports to the Line Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Engage with individuals in public spaces and inspire support through donations.
  • Lead and manage a team of fundraisers across diverse outreach venues.
  • Coach, train, and motivate the team to exceed financial and non-financial KPIs.
  • Fundraise alongside the team, lead by example, and deliver compelling presentations.
  • Support recruitment and training of new members, stay informed on CBM’s vision, and participate in reviews and trainings.
  • Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly donor acquisition targets.
  • Maintain accurate performance and donor acquisition reports.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

Education & Experience
Any Graduate & Above; 1–3 years as Team Coach/Leader or in a similar role.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Experience in face-to-face fundraising preferred; understanding of CBM’s brand and values.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and ethical fundraising practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, team-building, and leadership skills.
  • Goal-oriented self-starter, collaborative, and hands-on leader.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and donor management databases.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Adherence to CBM India policies and procedures, Child Safeguarding Policy, Code of Conduct, and safety & security protocols.
