Salary Range: 1,57,056 – 1,90,711 Per Month

Position Summary & Background

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring the design, implementation, and maintenance of electrical and instrumentation systems that support our automated production lines. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing system performance, ensuring safety compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires expertise in managing production lines and Packaging Machines equipped with Bühler, ICA, and Neuhaus Neotec machinery, driving continuous improvement, and meeting production targets.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement electrical and instrumentation systems to support production operations.
• Perform regular calibration, testing, and preventive maintenance of instruments and control systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation faults to minimize downtime.
• Ensure all systems comply with relevant safety standards, codes, and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, maintenance, and engineering to integrate new technologies and upgrades.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and maintenance schedules.
• Support commissioning and validation activities for new equipment and systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Extensive experience with PLCs, SCADA, DCS, and other control systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in electrical and instrumentation design software and tools.
• Excellent knowledge of industry safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Fluent in English with strong report writing and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in electrical and instrumentation engineering within the food or beverage industry, preferably coffee processing.
• Hands-on expertise with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and instrumentation for Bühler, ICA, or Neuhaus Neotec equipment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).
• Proficiency in PLCs, automation systems, and process control instrumentation.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and reliability engineering.
• Experience with calibration, testing, and validation of sensors, controllers, and measurement devices.
• Understanding safety regulations and best practices in food manufacturing environments.
