We are hiring for Teacher for IOCL, Ahmedabad Centre and Centre Supervisor for Addverb, Noida
Requirements - ECCE Certified/ NTT/ B.Ed
Age Group - 25-40 years
For Addverb - The preference will be given to the candidate who has her own conveyance.
Salary Bracket Teachers - 18k - 20k
Experience- 1-1.5 yrs
Key Responsibilities:
1. Child Supervision and Safety
Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all children.
Create and maintain a nurturing, inclusive, and child-friendly environment.
2. Planning and Facilitation of Activities
Follow the lesson plans provided by HO and conduct the activities in a play way method, in such a way that support children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.
Integrate creative elements such as storytelling, music, art, and games to promote exploration and engagement.
Follow the timetable provided by HO
3. Observation and Documentation
Monitor and assess children’s behavior, development, and interactions throughout the day.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, daily routines, developmental observations, and any incidents or concerns with the Day Care Supervisor.
4. Relationship Building and Communication
Build trusting and respectful relationships with children to support their emotional growth and confidence.
Communicate closely with the Centre Supervisor and provide day-to-day updates on each child's progress, activities, and any areas of concern.
Support her in preparing reports for HO.
5. Daily Routines and Care
Support children during mealtimes by encouraging healthy eating habits and promoting independence.
Supervise naptime to ensure a calm, restful environment.
Assist with personal care routines such as toileting, handwashing, and hygiene, while promoting self-help skills.
6. Team Collaboration
Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and staff to create a consistent and supportive learning environment.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and center-wide events as required.
