About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Franchise Sales Manager to drive the growth of our sports leagues through franchise team sales, sponsorship acquisition, and event partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports marketing and business development, with a proven track record in high-value sales and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the sale of franchise teams across various sports leagues.

  • Identify and secure sponsorship deals and strategic brand partnerships.

  • Lead sales efforts for sports events, tournaments, and brand activations.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors, sponsors, and key stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align franchise opportunities with league objectives.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies, pitches, and proposals.

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in franchise sales, sponsorship sales, or sports/events business development.

  • Strong network within the sports, entertainment, or event management industries.

  • Proven ability to close high-ticket sales deals.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and high energy.

Preferred Background:

  • Experience in managing sales for sports leagues or large-scale events.

  • MBA or equivalent qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Sports Management (preferred, not mandatory).
