We are hiring for Manager Marketing
Job Responsibilities
The Manager – Marketing will lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of all marketing initiatives across Samrat Irons' product verticals in Andhra Pradesh & Telangana. The candidate will be responsible for driving company visibility, channel partner engagement, lead generation, and customer loyalty programs in collaboration with Tata Steel and other internal and external teams. The role demands strategic leadership with strong execution capabilities across digital, on-ground, and influencer marketing channels.
Marketing Strategy & Planning.
Develop and execute quarterly and annual marketing plans in alignment with business targets and dealer sales strategy.
Collaborate with Tata Steel’s regional and HO marketing teams to suitable sales campaigns locally.
Plan and Present Marketing budgets, analyse and apprise on ROI on initiatives
Brand Management & Visibility
Ensure consistent brand visibility at all dealer points and retail counters.
Manage campaigns across products: Tata Tiscon 550SD, ReadyBuild, Astrum, Smartf@b, Wiron Binding Wire, and LRPC.
Ensure effective internal branding and communication is done in a timely manner.
Channel Partner & Influencer Engagement
Design and execute loyalty programs (mason, engineer, dealer).
Plan and review events such as Big Day Sales, Engineer Meets, Mason Meets, and Dealer Conventions.
Oversee the Tiscon Aarohi Women Entrepreneur Program, including onboarding, lead tracking, and performance reviews.
Lead Management & Performance Tracking
Oversee inbound and outbound lead flow from digital marketing, Tata Steel, ASOs, and CRM entries.
Work closely with the 5-member BDE team to track lead status, follow-ups, and conversions.
Ensure reporting on lead quality, source ROI, and conversion KPIs.
Digital & Creative Oversight
Supervise digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and local platforms.
Work with designers to ensure high-quality, brand-aligned creatives for schemes, posts, WhatsApp blasts, and dealer collaterals.
Audit vendor & agency performance and ensure rates are as per market standards and within budget.
Data-Driven Reporting & Dashboards
Create dashboards for monthly and quarterly reviews with the MD.
Use tools like Excel/BI to visualize spends, brand recall, lead conversions, and campaign ROI.
Team Management
Lead a team of tele-callers, designers, marketing executives, and field support staff.
Manage team KPIs, performance appraisals, and capacity building.
Desired Academic Qualifications
Preferred MBA / Masters in Marketing
Desired Work Experience
Minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing.

Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in digital marketing and CRM tools
Excellent coordination with cross-functional departments: Sales, HR, Finance, and Principal brand teams
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred)
