Position: Executive Assistant (females only)

Salary : 6 LPA.

Industry : CA firm

Work location - Hyderabad
 

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  Drafting Skills:

  • Expertise in creating structured, well-written, and grammatically sound reports, letters, and presentations.
  • Ability to handle high-priority correspondence efficiently.

 Coordination and Organization:

  • Managing schedules, meetings, and appointments with precision.
  • Assisting in event planning, maintaining records, and tracking project progress.

 Problem-Solving Ability:

  • Anticipate challenges, propose solutions, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to Detail:

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in all deliverables.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Proficiency in English:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to draft, edit, and proofread documents and correspondence professionally.

Technological Competence:

  • Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Problem-Solving Ability:

  • Anticipate challenges, propose solutions, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

 

 Experience and Education:

  • Minimum of 2 -3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
