Job Description
Job Title: Vice President – Industry Partnerships
Location: Delhi NCR (Hybrid)
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and well-connected VP – Industry Partnerships to lead and expand Erekrut’s outreach to top corporates across sectors (IT, BFSI, Manufacturing, FMCG, Retail, and more). This is a CXO-facing role requiring deep industry connects, strategic thinking, and the ability to forge strong relationships with decision-makers including CHROs, HR Heads, CXOs, and Directors.
Salary:
10-15L Fixed + 6-8L Incentives Based on Targets
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard large corporates for fresher and lateral hiring through Erekrut.
Build strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders in enterprises (CHROs, CXOs, Talent Heads, etc.).
Partner with HR teams and business leaders to understand their hiring needs and position Erekrut as the preferred recruitment solution.
Work closely with Erekrut’s founder and senior team to drive growth via strategic alliances, virtual hiring drives, and exclusive partnerships.
Represent Erekrut in high-stake meetings, conferences, and industry events.
Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, delivery) to ensure smooth execution of signed partnerships.
Regularly report on partnership pipelines, performance, and impact metrics.
Requirements:
7-10 years of experience in corporate partnerships, enterprise sales, or HR consulting.
Strong CXO/CHRO-level connects across industries, especially in Talent Acquisition or L&D functions.
Proven track record of closing high-value deals and long-term partnerships.
Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and execution.
Prior experience in HR tech, EdTech, Skilling, or recruitment platforms is a plus.
