Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Sr. Manager – F&A to oversee the hospital's financial operations. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience, preferably in the healthcare or hospital sector, and possess deep expertise in GST, TDS, and financial finalization processes. This is a critical leadership role that requires both strategic vision and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the overall Finance & Accounts function of the hospital

• Ensure accurate and timely finalization of the Balance Sheet

• Oversee statutory compliance including GST, TDS, and other tax-related matters

• Monitor internal controls, financial reporting systems, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards

• Liaise with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities

• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets for management review

• Support strategic financial planning and cost optimization initiatives

• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or CA Intern with strong hands-on experience

• In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting principles, and financial reporting

• Strong understanding of hospital finance operations will be an added advantage

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts

• Preferred: Experience in hospital or healthcare sector

• Expertise in accounting software and financial systems

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Budget: Upto 12 LPA
