Senior Business Development Manager – Real Estate

Location: B-7, 2nd Floor, Sector 4, Noida

Department: Sales & Marketing

Experience Required: 5–10 years

Employment Type: Full-Time | On-site

Salary: 55k 


About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to drive high-impact real estate sales and strategic growth. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong channel partnerships, and closing high-value residential and commercial real estate deals.

The ideal candidate is target-driven, strategic, and relationship-focused, with a strong grasp of market dynamics and sales leadership.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities via market networking and insights
  • Develop and manage a network of channel partners, brokers, and corporate clients
  • Lead direct sales efforts, site visits, presentations, and deal closures
  • Create and execute targeted sales and marketing strategies to boost visibility and lead flow
  • Collaborate with internal teams (CRM, Legal, Marketing, Operations) for seamless execution
  • Strong Knowledge of handling a team of 7 to 10 People.
  • Analyze competitor activities and market feedback to refine the business strategy
  • Deliver timely sales reports, MIS, and performance forecasts to senior leadership
  • Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and external presentations

 

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial real estate markets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing ability
  • Experience in team leadership or channel partner management (preferred)
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable using MS Office, CRM systems, and property portals like MagicBricks, 99acres, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales / business development in Real Estate.
