Job Summary/Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through regular visits.
Get "AGILON" Cables approved from various electrical consultants and customers.
Giving a detailed presentation on company products.
Focusing on generating the Leads & Winning Orders to achieve Sales Target.
Leverage technical expertise to position Agilon's specialized cables as premium solutions for niche markets.
Prepare and present sales proposals to clients.
Required Skills
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience:
2-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles in the Cables & Wires, electrical, or industrial automation industries.
Proven track record in sales and business development
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to work independently
Willingness to travel to meet clients on a regular basis
