Job Summary/Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through regular visits.
  • Get "AGILON" Cables approved from various electrical consultants and customers.
  • Giving a detailed presentation on company products.
  • Focusing on generating the Leads & Winning Orders to achieve Sales Target.
  • Leverage technical expertise to position Agilon's specialized cables as premium solutions for niche markets.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals to clients.

 

Required Skills

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Experience:

  • 2-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles in the Cables & Wires, electrical, or industrial automation industries.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients on a regular basis
