Qualification:

• Full-time Bachelor's or Master's degree (B.Tech/M.Tech) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering

• Minimum 75% academic record throughout

• 8+ years of system validation experience in product-based companies

• Hands-on experience in technologies including:

  • Electrical systems

  • PLC

  • Instrumentation

  • Embedded Systems

  • Automotive

  • IoT

  • EVSE (Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment)

  • Battery Storage Systems

  • Home Automation

• Experience using lab equipment: power supplies, oscilloscopes, power analyzers

• Skilled in setting up complex validation systems

• Experience collaborating with field application engineers and converting field issues into test use cases

• Proficiency in:

  • Linux OS

  • Git

  • Jenkins

  • TestRail

  • DOORs

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies for Enphase products

• Ensure end-to-end requirements mapping

• Participate in engineering forums and review technical documentation

• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Enphase systems

• Design and set up lab testbeds for system testing

• Execute system tests, log and troubleshoot bugs via Jira

• Analyze issues and participate in bug triage discussions

• Ensure stakeholder alignment for bug fixes before release

• Lead and mentor a team of system test engineers
