We are Hiring: Business Development Executive (Female)
Location: Wazirpur Industrial Area (Nearest metro- Shalimar bagh)
Experience: 1-2 years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month

About Us:
We are a fast-growing, creative consumer brand (Papboo) known for our designer stationery and gifting products. We are expanding our team and looking for a confident, persuasive, and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to join us in building strong business relationships and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients across India
Pitch products, explain brand offerings, and handle queries professionally
Follow up on leads, maintain call records, and convert interest into sales
Generate and maintain a strong pipeline through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and lead nurturing
Help build and update client databases
Requirements:
Female candidate with 1-2 years of telesales or tele calling experience
Strong communication and persuasion skills (Basic English preferred)
Ability to understand and pitch product features effectively
Good knowledge of CRM tools or Excel for maintaining records
Bonus: Experience working on B2B portals (like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.)
