Location: South Extension, Delhi
Work Mode: On-site
Experience Required: 1–3 years

About the Role

We’re looking for a high-energy Business Development Associate to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing deals. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about sales, tech, and building a career in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
  • Conduct product demos and pitch customized solutions to prospective clients.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
  • Track pipeline progress and update CRM regularly.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in a SaaS, EdTech, or HRTech environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to handle objections confidently.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
