Location: South Extension, Delhi Work Mode: On-site Experience Required: 1–3 years
About the Role
We’re looking for a high-energy Business Development Associate to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing deals. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about sales, tech, and building a career in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
Conduct product demos and pitch customized solutions to prospective clients.
Maintain and grow relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
Track pipeline progress and update CRM regularly.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
1–3 years of proven experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in a SaaS, EdTech, or HRTech environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to handle objections confidently.
