Roles & Responsibilities:-
Generating and converting leads into business opportunities for Home & Office Automation and related systems. The individual will work closely with various key influencers such as dealers, architects, interior designers, consultants, and builders to drive sales and business growth. Job responsibilites includes but not limited to Lead Generation & Business Development, Sales Presentations & Demonstrations, Sales Negotiation & Closing, Customer Relationship Management, Sales Reporting & Administration, Sales Promotion & Brand Awareness.

Required Skills:
Technical knowledge of Product,Demonstrated experience in direct sales, B2B sales, and relationship building, Good understanding of pricing strategies and contract terms., Experience in managing long-term client relationships and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Skilled in handling objections and resolving client concerns effectively.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences (technical and non-technical), Fluency in English and Hindi is required; proficiency in other languages is also plus point.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for preparing presentations and reports. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously. Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the home automation, smart home technology, electrical, or construction industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Salary - 4 Lakhs above depending on experience
