JOB TITLE: Sr. IVD Sales Executive / Area Manager- Sales IVD
JOB LOCATION: Kolkata, West Bengal.

POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking for a proactive professional who can identify new potential prospects, generate sales lead, implement strategic business ideas and achieve significant revenue growth for the organisation.
JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Generate new leads, drive sales and business development for IVD products in assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, diagnostic labs, and healthcare providers
• Achieve or exceed annual sales targets
• Effectively negotiate pricing, term, and conditions in compliance with company policies to secure successful sales (PO) agreements.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimize strategy
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical support, logistics) for seamless execution
• Develop and sustain long-term, trusted partnerships with key accounts.
OUR CRITERIA:
• B.Sc/M.Sc graduate or Bachelor’s/Master’s of Business Degree graduate
• Min. 3-4 years in Medical IVD (expertise in equipment sales)
• Expertise in selling equipments, related in the field of coagulation, haematology, electrophoresis, immunoassay and molecular diagnostics.
• Strong exposure to Private/Trade and Corporate Affairs.
• Proven track record in business development & client relationship

• Ability to work both independently and with others in a team
• Able to travel all over the territory (West Bengal, Orissa and North-East) for sales calls
• Possess strong problem-solving skills with customer-oriented mindset
• Results-driven approach to meeting sales targets and KPIs.
