We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Operations to lead and manage day-to-day operations across departments with a team of approximately 30 employees. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving efficiency, improving processes, managing resources, and ensuring seamless execution of company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership
Oversee daily business operations to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
Coordinate with department heads and team leaders to align efforts and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Monitor and evaluate workflows, implementing improvements as needed.
Team Management
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 30 across various functions (e.g., admin, logistics, customer service, etc.).
Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Process Optimization
Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in operations.
Standardize procedures and ensure best practices are followed consistently.
Introduce tools and automation to improve productivity and reduce manual effort.
Resource & Budget Management
Plan and allocate operational budgets and resources efficiently.
Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, tools, and equipment.
Data & Reporting
Track and report key operational metrics to senior management.
Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data and trends.
Compliance & Risk
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Mitigate risks by implementing appropriate operational controls.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
10+ years of operational experience.
Proven track record in team management and process improvement.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in using operational tools, ERP systems, and data analysis.
