Job Title: Head of Operations

Reports To: Managing Director

Team Size: Approximately 30 employees

Location: 413A, Sector 68, HSIIDC, IMT Faridabad

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Operations to lead and manage day-to-day operations across departments with a team of approximately 30 employees. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving efficiency, improving processes, managing resources, and ensuring seamless execution of company goals.
 

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership

  • Oversee daily business operations to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
  • Coordinate with department heads and team leaders to align efforts and resolve operational bottlenecks.
  • Monitor and evaluate workflows, implementing improvements as needed.

Team Management

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 30 across various functions (e.g., admin, logistics, customer service, etc.).
  • Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Process Optimization

  • Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in operations.
  • Standardize procedures and ensure best practices are followed consistently.
  • Introduce tools and automation to improve productivity and reduce manual effort.

Resource & Budget Management

  • Plan and allocate operational budgets and resources efficiently.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, tools, and equipment.

Data & Reporting

  • Track and report key operational metrics to senior management.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data and trends.

Compliance & Risk

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Mitigate risks by implementing appropriate operational controls.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of operational experience.
  • Proven track record in team management and process improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using operational tools, ERP systems, and data analysis.
