Position: Digital Marketer
Working days - Monday - Friday
Location - Sector 62, Noida
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive B2B lead generation, brand awareness, and customer retention.
● Oversee marketing campaign (SEO, SEM, Digital marketing, email marketing, and social media campaigns).
● Align digital marketing strategies with overall business and sales objectives.
● Lead and optimize PPC (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic), paid social, and retargeting campaigns to maximize ROI.
● Implement data-driven marketing techniques, including CRM tools and automation of the marketing platform.
● Manage budgets and allocate spending across performance channels to achieve optimal results.
● Work closely with sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment in increasing brand identity
● Utilize marketing automation tools for lead scoring, email nurturing, and CRM integration.
● Use data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI) to derive insights and optimize campaigns.
● Present performance reports and insights to senior leadership.
● Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers, performance specialists, and content strategists.
● Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in B2B digital marketing.
Qualifications & Skills:
● 7+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on performance marketing and B2B marketing.
● Proven experience in lead generation, demand generation, and marketing strategies.
● Expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic advertising, SEO, and marketing automation tools.
● Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM platforms and data visualization tools.
● Experience managing multi-million-dollar marketing budgets.
● Strong leadership and project management skills.
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
