Job Title: National Sales Head – SMB FOS Experience: 15+ Years Team Handling: 100+ On-Field Sales Employees
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Head to lead our SMB (Small and Medium Business) sales function across India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large, geographically distributed sales teams and driving aggressive sales growth in the SMB segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the national FOS sales operations for the SMB segment.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets across regions.
Manage and mentor a team of 100+ field sales executives and regional managers.
Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion in assigned territories.
Monitor team performance through KPIs and dashboards; take corrective actions as needed.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on growth objectives.
Conduct regular reviews, training, and performance assessments to build high-performing teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies and market regulations.
Report sales forecasts, performance metrics, and market insights to senior leadership.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
15+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing large field teams.
Strong understanding of SMB customer behavior and B2B sales dynamics.
Experience in scaling FOS operations across multiple cities/states.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to travel frequently across regions as required.
Preferred Industries: Subscription Based, Fintech, SaaS,FMCG, EdTech, or any high-volume B2B/B2C segment with a strong FOS model.
