We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive business growth within the service sector. The Sales Head will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing key client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the service industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Management
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company’s objectives and market conditions.
Identify new business opportunities and market segments to increase revenue streams.
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales tactics proactively.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback to develop sales capabilities.
Foster a high-performance culture focused on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
Address and resolve client issues promptly to maintain long-term relationships.
Sales Operations and Reporting
Monitor and report sales performance metrics, pipeline status, and forecasting to senior management.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing initiatives.
Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and sales planning processes.
Compliance and Quality Assurance
Ensure all sales practices comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Uphold company values and promote ethical business conduct.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Minimum 8-10 years of progressive sales experience in the service industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in service-based businesses.
Strong understanding of sales processes, contract negotiations, and customer relationship management.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficient with CRM software and MS Office suite.
Ability to analyse sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
