Description
We are looking for a Client Servicing Partner who can help maintain existing business with current clients, grow business relationships with current clients and assist in bringing new clients on board. Will help our clients to better understand the full potential of our services and act as liaison between the client and operations department.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers, ensuring smooth execution of social media campaigns.
Develop and implement social media strategies across multiple client accounts.
Oversee content creation, campaign execution, and performance tracking across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).
Manage client relationships, acting as the key point of contact for social media strategy and execution.
Ensure alignment between clients' business goals and social media initiatives.
Analyze social media performance data, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to keep clients ahead of the curve.
Collaborate with paid media, creative, and strategy teams to integrate social media with broader marketing efforts.
Drive client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth through innovative solutions.
What You’ll Need:
5+ years of experience in social media management & client servicing, preferably in an agency environment.
Proven experience managing multiple client accounts and leading teams.
Strong understanding of social media strategy, content marketing, and performance metrics.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action.
